British Officers 1796 Heavy Cavalry Full Dress Sword
 
Brass hilt with boat shell guard and wire bound grip. Double edged blade marked both sides "For my country and king" Blade length 79 cm. Condition - as found, uncleaned, all original, guard slightly loose.
